The Provincial Center of Books and Literature in Granma recognized the work of the outstanding writer Alejandro Ponce, which won the José María Heredia, National Poetry Prize 2018.
The homage held at the Ventanas Promotion and Management Center is part of the activities carry out in Bayamo and dedicated to the 28th edition of the International Book Fair.
The renowned writer Luís Carlos Palacio recognized the diverse publications of Ponce and said that in his texts there is search, research into reality and renovation.
He added that the poetry of Alejandro Ponce makes us reconsider, he does not deal with simplicity, he is not far from feelings and he does not leave lyricism.
