Rodolfo Olivera, director of Etecsa in Granma, explained that first the 4 G network will optimize data traffic, whose improvement the customer will appreciate in the notable increase in browsing speed, uploads, downloads, video playback quality in line and other actions.

In the same way, he said, the benefits in voice traffic will be evident, since the 3G network that processes both channels, data and voice is lightened, and that causes repeated congestion, mainly in peak connection times, of 6 in the afternoon to 11 at night, caused after the launch of internet on mobile phones.

Olivera said that, keeping with the characteristics of the national test, the services will be gradually enabled, starting with clients classified as high data consumers, until they are expanded to total commercialization. (Radio Bayamo / PHOTO: Internet)
