The Raquel González Palace of Pioneers, from Bayamo, will sale during the 28th edition of the International Book Fair in Granma, texts from several Cuban publishing houses, including a Spanish one dedicated to promoting children’s literature by Cuban authors.

The entitled Pavilion Editorial, is one of the novelties of the fair this year, which will host publishers such as Bayamo and Orto, both of Granma; La luz, from Holguín, belonging to the Hermanos Saíz Association and Casa de las Américas, whose publishing fund has 20 collections.

Also the April editorial will be present, dedicated to meet the educational needs of Cuban children, adolescents and youth, known for the publication of magazines such as Zunzún, Pionero, Somos Jovenes, Juventud Técnica, Alma Mater and El Caimán Barbudo.

The Oriente publishing house, from Santiago de Cuba; Extramuros, from Havana; El abra, from Isla de la juventud and the Spanish Selvi Ediciones also will be at the fair.

On the other hand, several areas around of the Plaza de la Revolución of Bayamo will work, there will be seven sales points, in which books will be sold in the hours between nine in the morning and 9 in the evening.

The 28th edition of Book Fair will take place form March 7 to 10 in Granma, in this occasion it will be dedicated to the renowned writer Eduardo Heras León and the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.
