With the concert entitled “For Cuba and with Venezuela: No one gives up here!¨, from the city of Bayamo on Friday sent a messages of love, peace and solidarity.

On Céspedes street in the capital of Granma, several creators of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (Uneac) twined together principles, desires and their talent in support of good causes.

Literature, visual arts, music and performing arts were exhibited before the audience.

In his words to the people Juan Ramírez Martínez, President of the Uneac in the territory, said that “the people of Bayamo, intrepid and natural place as José Martí described it, on behalf of all Cubans, recall that every day we rise as a shining sun since to die for the homeland is to live”.

José Alberto Tamayo Díaz, El Ruiseñor, promotor of the idea of ​​performing this concert, said it was a dream come true “it was a need of the soul, of thought, a need to do it, and we will continue creating and showing that there is Cuba and Revolution.

Likewise, the writer Luis Carlos Suárez Reyes stressed that “singing for peace, the freedom of Venezuela and the defense of just causes is one of the missions of artists and intellectuals.

With the concert Nobody here surrenders! as the cry of will and force once made by the Commander of the Revolution Juan Almeida Bosque, ended the set of cultural actions starring by artists and the people of Bayamo in favor of peace and solidarity.
