The electoral authorities of the Granma province are ready to carry out this Sunday, February 17 the dynamic test aiming at the Constitutional Referendum to be held on February 24th .

This was confirmed by Doris María Hernández Carbonel, secretary of the Provincial Electoral Commission of Granma, in statements to Radio Bayamo.

The about 14 thousand electoral authorities are duly trained and have the logistical resources to ensure the working of the on thousand 963 polling stations created for the vote, she said.

In Granma during the dynamic test with a view to the Referendum, the availability of means and resources also provided for communications will be specified and verified.

The transportation and all the essential assurances for the electoral exercise will also be checked.

The secretary of the provincial electoral Commission, Doris María Hernández Carbonel, informed that the dynamic test will have two stages, the opening of the polling stations at six in the morning and the review of all the insurances for the Referendum.

In a second stage of the dynamic test a practical exercise will be carried out on how the closing report of the global voting is developed and the rules to be fulfilled during the scrutiny.

In the province, more than 60,000 people are enrolled in the lists of electors, of which 9,986 are young people who reached the 16 years old and will vote for the first time.

The dynamic test that will allow putting in practice the means, mechanisms and electoral structures in order to guarantee all the conditions to carry out the Constitutional Referendum, according to the authorities of the National Electoral Commission (CEN).
