Members of the Provincial Administration Council on Friday assessed the port-transport-internal economy operation, which is currently working on the distribution of the basic basket.
On the occasion it was noted that municipalities such as Manzanillo, Yara and Guisa fail to comply with the transportation plan for regulated products, have an impact on the daily distribution plan for 380 tons of food in the province.
However, the contribution of transportation of loads entities such as Tecno-Azúcar, the Provincial Company of Educational Assurances, TRD and Cimex, entities that have contributed to the transfer of assortments and essential raw materials to maintain the productions.
José Luis Vega Pérez, Vice President of the Council of the Provincial Administration, highlighted the implementation of alternatives in the municipalities to guarantee the transfer of the family basket and the work done in the distribution of eggs.
