The president of the Provincial Electoral Commission Antonio de Marcos Ramírez reported that the constitutional referendum in Granma is taking place satisfactorily and until 10:00 a.m. had been voted for 38.42 percent of the voters registered in the electoral roll.
This means that 243 thousand 950 people of Granma have exercised their vote figure by a 12 percent higher than the voting in 2018.
In the first part of Granma offered at seven in the morning with the opening of one hundred percent of the polling stations, 625,317 voters were registered in the electoral roll.
Regarding with the results of the municipal electoral commissions, Cauto Cristo stands out with 49.44 percent; Media Luna 48.21; Buey Arriba 45.94; Pilon 45.93; Yara 45.2 and Río Cauto 44.95.
Also, the president of the Provincial Electoral Commission highlighted that the average of Granma is higher than the national average.
