With the gala 26 sonrisas para un sueño de felicidad, the Children’s Carnival Bayamo 2019 was opened on Sunday.
The proposal with the direction of the renowned theatrical artist Juan González Fiffe took place at Los Caballitos area before children, parents and other members of the families of this city.
The show highlighted the joy and color of the celebration that Cubans enjoy today thanks to the revolution initiated by Céspedes and continued by Martí and Fidel.
A cast composed mostly of infants made people laugh, dance and play.
The gala included the performances of the Andante Street Theater, Ampudia magician, Los Andantinos, as well as the singer Ary Rodríguez and the Ismaelillo Choir.
In addition, members of Los Cienfueguitos troupe, Las Avispas de Jiguaní project, girls from the Manuel Muñoz Cedeño Professional Art School and clowns from the Carpandilla Company, from the province of Guantánamo, performed in the gala.
Also, word composition, tongue-twister, varieties of circus and performances, all with common elements: fun and Cubania were part of the show.
